The client-facing role at Vigilus is to understand the client's objective, qualify the matter, scope the engagement, coordinate appropriate specialized resources, and communicate findings and next steps appropriately.
Priority 1 Canine is credited for canine selection, training, delivery, family integration and ongoing support. Vigilus remains the primary client-facing brand and referral and access point.
